Narrative Writing

Students worked on narrative writing pieces throughout September and the beginning of October. Students learned how to engage their reader by writing interesting leads. They also learned how to end their story with flare. Students learned how to help the reader visualize their stories by adding sensory details, figurative language and "show and don't tell" details.
