Bird ID

In science we took our iPads out and walked around the trees around the school to record birds which were ID'd in the Merlin Bird ID app. We had many different birds pop up within just a few minutes. This app can be easily downloaded onto a device where the students can go right outside your home to identify the birds around you. Attached are a few that we found around the school. Some students had others like the rock pigeon, wood thrusher, etc... Very neat!
